Microstates and small island territories are shown as dots — Malta, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Monaco, Bahrain and others are too small to draw at this scale but are fully covered. The authoritative list is on the countries page.
Microsoft Partner IDs
IT Partner is a single Microsoft partner organisation. The United States location is our headquarters; the others are locations of the same organisation, each holding its own Cloud Solution Provider authorisation and its own Microsoft Partner ID. All six profiles below are published by Microsoft rather than by us, and each can be looked up independently.

We moved into the Microsoft cloud in 2010 with Business Productivity Online Suite — before it was called Office 365, and long before it was called Microsoft 365. The engineering practice behind our projects has been continuous since then.
We hold none of these. If certification of your supplier is a hard procurement requirement, we are not a fit and we will say so on the first call rather than after you have spent a month on it.
We are open about this because it is the kind of thing that should not surface halfway through a contract review. If it is a blocker for you, tell us early.
Where we cannot work
Outside Microsoft’s sales territory. Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan and Syria appear in no Cloud Solution Provider region. Neither we nor any other Microsoft partner can serve them.
Occupied regions of Ukraine. Crimea and the occupied areas of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions are excluded under EU, UK and US restrictive measures.
Case-by-case screening. Some countries Microsoft does list — among them Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Yemen — remain subject to sanctions or export controls. We assess these individually and may decline.
Every customer is screened. We check each organisation and its beneficial owners against EU, UK, US and UN sanctions and export-control lists before signing.
