# IT Partner > Microsoft partner since 2006, built for international groups with entities in several countries. We sell Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions through our own > entities in 131 countries and deliver the engineering behind them — tenant consolidation after > mergers and acquisitions, tenant-to-tenant migrations, Google Workspace migrations, Intune and > Entra ID work, and ongoing tenant management. ## What makes us different Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider programme is regional: a partner authorised in one region can only sell into that region's country list. Most resellers can therefore invoice in exactly one country. We hold CSP authorisations through entities in Estonia, the UAE, Australia, Canada and Hong Kong, covering 131 countries between them, each billed in the currency Microsoft sets for it. The United States is served by IT Partner LLC, our headquarters location, at https://o365hq.com. The same team holds the licensing and does the engineering. There is no handover between a reseller and an implementation partner. ## Verifiable facts - Microsoft EMEA Operations Online Service Advisor Excellence Award Winner 2014 (announced March 2015 as Area Operations Excellence Partner of the Year), awarded to IT Partner LLC; announced by James O’Connor (then General Manager, Microsoft EMEA Operations; today CVP, Microsoft Operations Service Center) in a public LinkedIn recommendation (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jamesoconnor2016/details/recommendations/?detailScreenTabIndex=1) - Microsoft partner since 2006; working with Microsoft cloud since 2010 (from Business Productivity Online Suite) - More than 1,100 organisations under management across the whole organisation. Most of that number sits with the US headquarters (IT Partner LLC, operating since 2006); the international locations are younger and smaller. The figure is stated as an organisation-wide one, not as the client count of any single entity. - Microsoft Solutions Partner designations held: Security, Modern Work, Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI (5 of 6; not held: Business Applications) - Microsoft Partner IDs, each with a public profile on Microsoft Partner Finder: 6213886 (Europe, IT Partners EU OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, VAT EE102252455) 6714075 (Middle East and Central Asia, Avent Cloud Solutions LLC, Sharjah, UAE) 4939031 (Australia and Oceania, IT Partners APAC) 6088085 (Canada, MSCloud Geeks Computer Consulting Ltd., Vancouver) 4100178 (United States, IT Partner LLC, Wilmington, Delaware) - Largest single migration: 3,000 users, approximately 4 TB of Exchange and 20 TB of SharePoint, no downtime - Largest consolidation: 17 Microsoft 365 tenants retired in one project - Also delivered: 8 tenants consolidated into 3, then one carved back out on a divestiture - No ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Cyber Essentials certification; no professional liability insurance at present ## Coverage and currencies - Europe including the United Kingdom: 45 countries, billed in EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, NOK or DKK - Middle East, Central Asia and Eastern Europe: 44 countries, billed in USD - Australia and Oceania: 22 countries, billed in AUD - Canada: 2 territories, billed in CAD - United States: served by our headquarters location at o365hq.com - Cannot be served: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria — these appear in no Microsoft CSP region. The same applies to the occupied regions of Ukraine. Eligibility follows the country set in the Microsoft 365 tenant, not the location of the office. ## Services and indicative prices - Tenant consolidation after mergers and acquisitions — fixed price, quoted after a no-charge scoping - [Visual Studio finder](https://itpartnerhq.com/choose-visual-studio): six questions decide between Visual Studio Community (free, ≤5 devs, <250 PCs, <$1M revenue), Professional perpetual, Professional monthly cloud (IDE only, no dev/test rights), and Professional or Enterprise subscription with Software Assurance (dev/test software rights, Azure credit) via Open Value; production server needs redirected to the server calculators - Customers: legal entities only (companies, registered sole traders, non-profits, public bodies); no sales to private individuals, who buy directly from Microsoft. Visual Studio Standard subscriptions (full name: Visual Studio Professional/Enterprise Subscription with MSDN, licence with Software Assurance) supplied under Open Value (from five licences): three-year agreement, paid once a year in three equal instalments, Software Assurance included by default (new versions, dev/test software catalogue, Azure credit $50/$150 per month, Azure dev/test pricing, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, support, training, perpetual licence after the third payment). Licence and SA cannot be split into separate agreements. At the end of the three years the Visual Studio licence is the customer’s property with nothing more to pay; Software Assurance and the MSDN benefits expire with the agreement, and continuing them (new versions, dev/test catalogue, Azure credit) requires a new Open Value agreement for SA renewal signed before expiry, cheaper than the first because the licence is not repurchased, monthly cloud subscriptions through CSP; Enterprise Agreements are not offered (they require a Microsoft-authorised Licensing Solution Partner, which IT Partner is not); the Microsoft Store is Microsoft’s own channel and not one IT Partner invoices through. - [Start here](https://itpartnerhq.com/start): eight starting points routing to the right tool: plan finder, server calculators, Visual Studio finder, Open Value renewal, add licences, change partner, Open Value vs CSP, part-number lookup - [Open Value catalogue](https://itpartnerhq.com/volume-licensing): every Microsoft Open Value, Open Value Subscription and education volume licence for the euro area and UK, September 2026, at 5% below Microsoft ERP, with part numbers; static pages /volume-licensing/servers, /applications, /systems - [Open Value renewal](https://itpartnerhq.com/licensing/renewal): free audit of an ending agreement, SA renewal quote, comparison with CSP; can be signed with any reseller before the end date - [Add licences](https://itpartnerhq.com/licensing/add-licences) and [Change partner](https://itpartnerhq.com/licensing/change-partner): lead forms - [Open Value vs CSP](https://itpartnerhq.com/blog/open-value-vs-csp): Windows Server 2025 Standard 16-core is EUR 2,095 over three years under Open Value (L+SA, 9EM-00297) vs EUR 1,256 once via CSP perpetual; SQL Server Standard 2-core EUR 7,020 vs EUR 4,223; Open Value adds Software Assurance (new versions, licence mobility, failover rights, Azure Hybrid Benefit) and is the only route for Visual Studio subscriptions - [Which channel?](https://itpartnerhq.com/licensing/channel): per product, whether it is sold through CSP, Open Value, both, or only by Microsoft; Visual Studio subscriptions with MSDN are Open Value only; Enterprise Agreements only via Licensing Solution Partners (not IT Partner); individuals buy from Microsoft directly - [Book a 30-minute call](https://itpartnerhq.com/book): Teams call with Alex Makey, Director of International Markets; fallback +44 20 8142 5752, almak@itpartnerhq.com - [Microsoft 365 licence types](https://itpartnerhq.com/blog/microsoft-365-licence-types): six plan families (Business ≤300, Enterprise, Frontline, Education, Government, standalone), per user vs per device, monthly/annual/3-year, CSP vs Open Value vs EA vs direct - [Glossary](https://itpartnerhq.com/glossary): 32 terms — tenant, CSP region, NCE, no-Teams SKU, litigation hold, works council co-determination — each defined as it matters in practice - [Migration readiness checklist](https://itpartnerhq.com/migration-checklist): free 3-page PDF, 33 items with the reason each matters - [Which office](https://itpartnerhq.com/which-office): itpartnerhq.com is the international site; the US headquarters is o365hq.com; which applies follows the tenant’s country setting - [For AI agents](https://itpartnerhq.com/for-agents): facts without marketing, including what the company does not have - [Contact](https://itpartnerhq.com/contact): almak@itpartnerhq.com ## Contact Alex Makey, Director of International Markets — almak@itpartnerhq.com — +44 20 8142 5752 IT Partners EU OÜ, Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn 10151, Estonia.
